About the Role We’re seeking a dynamic 360° Account Manager / Recruitment Consultant to take full ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle—from client acquisition to candidate delivery—within our blue-collar and labour hire divisions. Key Responsibilities

• Own the entire 360° recruitment process: from sourcing and candidate screening to placement and ongoing account management.
• Develop and sustain high-quality relationships with a portfolio of existing clients.
• Coordinate workforce planning, rostering, and delivery to exceed client expectations.
• Maintain precise records, reporting, and compliance in line with company standards.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow within existing accounts.
• Think fast and act decisively—navigate shifting priorities with speed and confidence.

• Proven experience in a 360° recruitment role, ideally within blue-collar or labour-hire sectors.
• Outstanding relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates.
