AIM Mining Corporation operates the Warrawoona Gold Project near Marble Bar and is advancing our Nullagine Project in the East Pilbara. With our Head Office in West Perth, we are expanding our Corporate Finance capability to support operational growth.

About the Role

As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will oversee daily AP activities including invoice processing, payment runs, reconciliations, supplier management and reporting. You will provide guidance and support to the AP function and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking to step into or further develop their leadership capability.  This is a hands-on position within a broad finance function where you will oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable process.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing a high volume of purchase order backed supplier invoices;

• Resolving discrepancies;

• Reconciling supplier statements;

• Handling internal and external queries;

• Preparing and processing payment runs.

• Drive compliance, process improvements.

About You

You will bring strong Accounts Payable experience, excellent attention to detail and the ability to lead and coordinate workloads in a busy finance environment.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance role.

• Previous leadership, mentoring or supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• ERP experience (Pronto highly regarded).
