About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Office & Trade Support Coordinator to assist our Office Manager and support daily operations in a busy trade services environment. This role is central to keeping jobs running smoothly, coordinating electricians, managing parts and materials, and ensuring excellent communication with clients.

You’ll be the link between the office, field staff, suppliers, and customers—helping ensure work is scheduled efficiently and completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Office Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks

  • Schedule and coordinate electricians for jobs and service calls

  • Communicate job details, updates, and changes to field staff

  • Order electrical parts, materials, and equipment as required

  • Liaise with suppliers to track orders and ensure timely delivery

  • Respond to client enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner

  • Provide updates to clients regarding scheduling, job progress, and delays

  • Maintain job records, invoices, and scheduling systems

  • Assist with general office administration and workflow coordination

About You

  • Experience in administration, scheduling, or trade support (preferred)

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

  • Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

  • Comfortable using scheduling systems such Aroflo, email, and basic office software

  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on tasks

  • Experience in electrical, construction, or trade services (highly regarded, but not essential)
