The Role:
Our client is a specialises Earthmoving machinery parts. The client is seeking a switched-on and dynamic Admin Assistant/Internal Sales assistant with exceptional organisational skills to support a busy workflow. This position is Monday to Friday, 8am or 8:30am start, 7.6 hour days.
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
Answering phone calls
Understanding customer requirements - products, orders, queries
Matching purchase orders with invoicing, quotations
Putting together revenue data charts and reports
Data entry, filing, end of month
Stock reordering
Managing email inquiries
Other admin duties as requested
Essential Criteria:
Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage a varied workload and meet competing deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pronto knowledge and Earthmoving machinery knowledge
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Willingness to assist with various tasks as required
