We are seeking a reliable and organised Admin Assistant / Office All-Rounder to support the day-to-day backend operations of our growing business.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys administration, supporting a team, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. While the role is not client-facing in person, you will regularly communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members via phone, email, and online systems.

We are looking for someone who is organised, personable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and takes pride in providing excellent administrative support. This is a fast-paced role that requires initiative, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

The role is based in our Seven Mile Beach office.

Hours

Monday to Friday – 10:00am to 3:00pm

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • General reception and phone duties

  • Managing inbound calls, emails, and online enquiries

  • Appointment setting and scheduling support

  • Assisting with network applications and administration processes

  • Supporting the quoting and sales administration process

  • Coordinating and updating job information and documentation

  • Providing administrative support during the pre-site and installation phases of projects

  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal team members

  • Maintaining accurate records, files, and databases

  • General office administration and team support tasks

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette

  • A confident and friendly manner when speaking with clients and team members

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Good computer and administrative skills

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • The ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in administration, scheduling, reception, customer service, or office support will be highly regarded; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
