We are currently looking for a full-time Admin Assistant/Receptionist to join our team at our head office in Belmont.
The Role:
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing vital administrative and support. Strong organisational skills and a professional demeanour are essential.
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and prompt manner
Managing email and phone enquiries
Create a friendly and welcoming first impression of the business
Meeting and greeting visitors, signing them in and assisting with any queries
Maintaining a well-presented, professional working area
Assisting Recruitment Consultants with screening and sourcing suitable candidates
Scanning, photocopying, printing documents and data entry
General administration as required
Essential Criteria:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Receptionist/Admin assistant who is passionate about what they do. Having previous Admin or Receptionist experience within a professional services environment, you will also demonstrate:
Excellent phone manner and communication skills
Ability to work within a busy, fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Willingness to work as part of a team and assist with various tasks as required
Professional and corporate presentation
