Licences 4 Work are looking for Experienced Administration and Customer Service Officers to join our expanding Cardiff Training Site. The roles will report directly to the Branch Manager.
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team in on a Full-Time basis, which includes rotating Saturdays.
Your duties will include:
Customer Service - at Licences 4 Work it is all about great customer service
Serving customers, processing payments, taking new bookings over the phone and in person, meeting student needs
Administrative duties - Data entry, file management, lodgments, contacting students
General office duties
What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent computer skills
Great time management skills
Sales experience - desired
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationships with all clients & stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as a team player.
Bubbly and bright personality that can working in a multi-skilled and multicultural team
