At BMT, our Client Liaison Officers are the main point of contact between our clients and our specialist teams. They’re the ones who gather the information that makes everything possible, and they do it with care, making the process smooth and stress-free.

This isn’t just data entry or answering phones. It’s about building trust, guiding people through the process, and making sure every detail lands in the right place.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Liaising with clients, property managers, and accountants to collect key property information

• Updating and managing your workflow, keeping accurate records along the way

• Acting as the go-to contact for your portfolio of clients

• Keeping people informed, answering questions and removing confusion

• Collaborating with a supportive team that takes pride in doing great work

About You:

You’re naturally people-focused, you listen well, explain things clearly, and follow through.

Maybe you’ve worked in retail, customer service, real estate, admin, or something else entirely. What matters is how you show up:

• You communicate in a professional and friendly manner

• You’re comfortable on the phone and know how to keep things moving

• You manage time and priorities with confidence

• You care about the details because they matter

• You like working in a team where people pitch in, share knowledge, and respect each other’s work
