We are recruiting exceptional in-home care support workers to join our team in Melbourne, particularly Geelong Region to ensure we are providing holistic care for our clients. Live Well will provide you with extensive training and support to prepare you for the important role in caring for our valuable clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and assistance to elderly clients in their homes.

• Support daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful social and recreational activities.

• Assist with mobility and transportation to medical appointments and community outings.

• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

• Observe and report any changes in clients’ health, wellbeing, or behaviour.

About You

• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic with a genuine passion for aged care.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements

• Must have Certificate III or other relevant qualifications

• Valid Police Check (issued within the last 6 months).

• Current Australian driver’s licence and regular access to a reliable vehicle.

• Previous experience in Aged Care, NDIS, or a similar support role is highly regarded.

• Availability for casual and on-call shifts.
