We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to help deliver a set of high-priority intelligence capabilities within a large-scale transformation program.

This role is focused on building and shipping production-grade AI solutions, not research or experimentation.

You will take defined priorities and turn them into scalable, secure, and maintainable AI-powered systems integrated into enterprise platforms.

This is a delivery-focused engineering role, where speed, quality, and scalability are equally important.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accelerate delivery of AI-driven curriculum intelligence capabilities
  • Build production-ready AI solutions aligned to defined use cases
  • Build AI agents and workflow-based automation solutions
  • Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for knowledge-heavy use cases
  • Design and implement prompt frameworks, guardrails, and evaluation methods
  • Deliver AI solutions integrated into enterprise systems and workflows
  • Build solutions using Azure AI Services and Azure OpenAI
  • Develop Copilot Studio agents and Power Platform workflows
  • Design APIs and integration layers for enterprise systems
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and production deployment practices
  • Ensure solutions are secure, observable, and cost-efficient
  • Establish evaluation frameworks for AI output quality
  • Implement monitoring for performance, latency, and cost
  • Build reusable components (prompts, pipelines, agent patterns)
Required Skills & Experience AI / Machine Learning Engineering
  • Proven experience building and deploying production AI solutions (not prototypes)
  • Strong experience with AI agents, workflow automation, and RAG systems
  • Solid LLM engineering skills: embeddings, retrieval, prompt design, guardrails, evaluation
  • Hands-on with Microsoft stack: Azure AI / Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform
  • Strong coding ability in Python and/or TypeScript
  • Experience building APIs and integrating enterprise systems
  • Understanding of secure, production-grade cloud delivery (CI/CD, monitoring, governance)
  • Able to work with non-technical stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions
  • Delivery-focused mindset with experience shipping real-world systems at speed
