The Role:

This full-time position based between 2 depots in Terrey Hills and Mount Kuring-gai and will suit a Aircon Technician who has the ability to maintain and repair our bus fleet to ensure we can continue connecting people and places safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installations, service and repair on HVAC systems

• Carry out scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications and CDC maintenance programs

• Identify, test and repair refrigerant leaks and perform system evacuations, re gassing and performance testing

• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with WHS, environmental and refrigerant handling regulations

• Accurately complete maintenance records, defect reports and service documentation

• Work collaboratively with operational and maintenance stakeholders

About You

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent trade qualification)

• Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence

• Experience with vehicle or fleet HVAC systems highly regarded

• Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills

• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

• Ability to work independently across multiple sites

About you:

• Certified Aircon and refrigeration license

• Proficient use of hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.

• Strong understanding of vehicle structure and bodywork.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.

• Heavy vehicle experience

• MR or HR driver's licence or willingness to obtain

• The ability to adhere to regulation guidelines

• The ability to establish and maintain good working relationships
