Your New Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-level governance and administrative support, including coordinating briefings, reports, and documentation to support senior leadership
  • Preparing clear, accurate and well-structured materials such as briefs, correspondence and reports to support effective decision-making
  • Coordinating governance processes including meetings, action tracking and follow-ups, ensuring all activities align with policy and compliance requirements
  • Engaging with stakeholders to gather information, provide updates and ensure alignment across governance activities and regional priorities
  • Monitoring workflows and competing priorities, identifying risks and contributing to continuous improvement of governance processes and practices

What You Will Need to Succeed

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • Providing high-level governance and administrative support, including coordinating briefings, reports, and documentation to support senior leadership

The Logistics

  • Contract until end of December 2026, with possibility for extension or permanency.
  • $55.74 per hour (plus superannuation).
  • Hybrid working arrangement.
  • Opportunities across NSW in Newcastle, Wollongong, Taree, Gosford, Chatswood, and Bankstown.
