Your New Role
You will be responsible for:
- Providing high-level governance and administrative support, including coordinating briefings, reports, and documentation to support senior leadership
- Preparing clear, accurate and well-structured materials such as briefs, correspondence and reports to support effective decision-making
- Coordinating governance processes including meetings, action tracking and follow-ups, ensuring all activities align with policy and compliance requirements
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather information, provide updates and ensure alignment across governance activities and regional priorities
- Monitoring workflows and competing priorities, identifying risks and contributing to continuous improvement of governance processes and practices
What You Will Need to Succeed
The successful applicant will demonstrate:

The Logistics
- Contract until end of December 2026, with possibility for extension or permanency.
- $55.74 per hour (plus superannuation).
- Hybrid working arrangement.
- Opportunities across NSW in Newcastle, Wollongong, Taree, Gosford, Chatswood, and Bankstown.
