We are looking for an experienced and passionate Beauty Therapist to become our 2IC to join the endota Hampton team! This is a Full time opportunity - candidates must be available for 1 late night and Saturdays. (Can negotiate to have a Sat off & alternate with manager every few weeks after settling in role).

Candidates must have 1-2 years of Beauty Therapy experience to be considered for this Assistant Manager position.

Your role will include but not be limited to;

• Assisting Manager on reception

• Basic computer skills are required for reception and administrative duties.

• Admin duties ie. Reporting, Start/End of day procedures

• Assisting with rostering and payroll

• Professional product stocktake and ordering

• Helping Manager with driving spa budgets and therapist budgets

• Performing all treatments a few days per week

• Attending Levels 1-4 training through online platform & assessments

• Being the manager's right hand gal

• Owning back of house & being a great role model for the team!

Skills and experience

• You will need a Diploma in Beauty Therapy

• Be able to design treatment/skin care programs for clients and home care recommendations

• Customer service experience in retail/hospitality and/or trades
