The Role

We’re on the lookout for a passionate hospitality or retail leader with the energy and positivity to lead our team of Boosties as an Assistant Manager. Reporting to the Store Business Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping the store running smoothly and efficiently, bringing the Boost culture to life every day and supporting your team to create amazing experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll:

• Alongside the Store Manager, lead, motivate, and coach your team of Boosties, bringing the Boost values and culture to life every day.

• Deliver an awesome customer experience and make every guest feel welcome.

• Support daily operations — including hiring, onboarding, training, rostering, stock management, and maintaining store presentation and brand standards.

• Assist the Store Business Manager in driving KPIs, sales, labour efficiency, and overall performance.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant store by following and reinforcing all policies and standard operating procedures.

• Stays cool, positive, and professional, even when things get hectic.

• Flexible with rotating rosters — including nights, weekends, and public holidays — and happy to jump in wherever needed.

This is a full-time role (minimum 38 hours per week) based at Adelaide Airport. Airport training is required to obtain an ASIC certification to work within the terminal prior to commencing.
