Key responsibilities include:
Manage daily operations across bar, gaming, and TAB sections, ensuring all areas are running smoothly.
Supervise and support staff, providing guidance to uphold exceptional customer service standards.
Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures, including cash control and compliance.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
Flexibility to work across varying shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
Rotating rosters offer an opportunity to develop expertise in all aspects of hotel management.
Preferred food & beverage experience in a supervisor role.
The successful applicant will:
Essential requirements for this position are Current RSA, RCG & ARCG Competency Cards
Be a motivational leader who encourages and develops the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience each time.
Ideally a minimum of 1-2 years of management experience in a similar role with a strong knowledge of managing day-to-day operations of a venue with strong and complex trade
Hands on approach in your leadership and management
A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent people skills
A passion for the hospitality industry with the desire to progress within the company
This role requires completion of a National Police Check as part of our Employee Due Diligence process.
