Join our experienced restaurant group in Brisbane. In this pivotal role, you will be part of a 3 person management team, responsible for overseeing all operations and ensuring exceptional customer service within our busy restaurant.

What you'll be doing

• Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and budgets

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience

• Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement

• Liaise with the Head Chef to plan menus, monitor food quality, and control costs

• Analyse performance data and generate reports to inform decision-making

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry

• Strong operational skills, with a proven track record of driving financial results and improving efficiency

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team

• Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and cost control

• Thorough understanding of food safety, liquor licensing, and other relevant regulations

• Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
