At SV, we strive to create an environment where employees feel valued and acknowledged through an inclusive workplace built on our company values – respect, service, and teamwork. We know that without diversity, creativity remains stagnant, and we pride ourselves on being an Organisation where problem-solving and finding creative, out-of-the-box solutions is encouraged.

· Supporting long-term technology capability uplift across the firm

This is a newly created role, where you will be working alongside our Head of Business Operations as well as our Managed Service Provider, participating in technology forums and projects, and over time may become the primary internal technology point of contact through a structured vendor management model.

To be considered for this position, you must have;

- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Relevant certifications or training in development, automation, or AI technologies are desirable

- 2–5 years’ experience in software development, automation, systems integration, or business facing technical roles.

- Demonstrated experience building internal tools, applications, or workflow automations.

- Strong problem-solving capability and comfort working across technical and nontechnical audiences.

- Practical understanding of modern development environments, APIs, and integration patterns.

- Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or data technologies.

- Experience working alongside outsourced IT providers or vendors is desirable.

- Ability to balance innovation, pragmatism, and risk awareness.

· A range of benefits including Paid Parental Leave, Birthday Leave, Health and Wellbeing Program, anniversary vouchers, and more;

· Friendly and driven team environment.
