Our shop is always buzzing with a mix of prestige, insurance and fleet work, and we're looking for a qualified Automotive Spray Painter who wants to join our crew — and enjoy a relaxed coastal lifestyle at the same time.

The role

We're looking for an experienced Automotive Spray Painter to handle full refinishing work—prep to polish—across late-model cars, 4x4s and fleet vehicles.

What you'll do

• Prep, mask, prime and apply base/clear and single-stage finishes

• Colour match (spectro & visual) and blend adjacent panels

• Operate modern booths, gun setups and waterborne systems

• Complete denib, bake, polish and QC to insurer/OEM standards

• Maintain a clean, safe bay and assist with job flow and time targets

What you'll bring

• 3+ years in automotive refinishing (trade qualified preferred)

• Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology or equivalent automotive trade qualification

• Strong colour-matching and blending skills

• Confident with waterborne products and modern booths

• High attention to detail and pride in finish quality

• Current driver's licence

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency status
