Responsible for measuring ingredients, mixing and kneading dough, and operating ovens and machinery to produce a high volume of quality breads while ensuring strict compliance with food safety and production standards.

Task & responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a wide range of breads, pastries, and cakes
  • Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
  • Shape dough and decorate baked goods
  • Monitor baking times and temperatures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Ensure quality and consistency in all baked products
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals

Qualification & experience

  • Two years proven experience as a or similar role
  • Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
