We are searching for an experienced Bar Supervisor and Bar Staff in any capacity including casual, part time and full-time roles to join Doma’s latest Restaurant venture at our stunning Shaw Estate!

What you will bring:

At Shaw Estate, we constantly strive to find exceptional individuals who contribute to our team’s success. Your natural flare exudes passion and ambition. A guest service expert, with a keen eye for detail. 

Naturally, your previous experience in a similar role, within a luxury hospitality setting, will come highly regarded. As will the following:  

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Supervisor/ Manager in a bar

• Knowledge and skills at a level adequate to train their staff

• Bar experience is essential

• A sound ‘all-round’ beverage and cocktail knowledge 

• A current and valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate

• Must be experienced working in a fast-paced service environment 

• Assisting customers with all requirements by offering suggestions and demonstrating great product knowledge 

• Motivation to build strong rapport with guests and colleagues through effective communication

• Excellent personal presentation and presence

• A passion for food, beverage and hospitality 

• Availability for to work varying shifts including evenings/nights and weekends
