Barista Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages

• Operate coffee machines and grinders safely and efficiently

• Provide friendly and professional customer service

• Take customer orders and process payments

• Maintain cleanliness of the café, coffee station, and seating areas

• Restock cups, milk, syrups, and other supplies

• Assist with food preparation and serving when required

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

• Work efficiently during busy service periods

• Support team members and maintain a positive work environment

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous barista or hospitality experience preferred

• Knowledge of coffee preparation and latte art is an advantage

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays

• Ability to work as part of a team
