ADSSI Limited has provided home and community services for over 35 years. Spanning across four locations in the Hunter and the Central Coast, we're a big organisation loaded with career opportunities, ranging from entry-level and traineeships to corporate and executive roles.

Together, our brands (Adssi In-home Support, Beresfield Community Care, Dungog & District Neighbourcare and Maitland Community Care Services) are an award-winning workplace. We deliver in-home aged and disability care services, including household help, personal care, respite, shopping, allied therapies, nursing, transport, social and community access, home modifications and maintenance.

Through our programs and a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, we support thousands of Australians to remain living safely and independently in their home and the local community.

We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and compassionate NDIS Support Advisor to join our vibrant team. This is a permanent part-time position (4 days per week), where Thursday and Friday are essential workdays, and the remaining two days can be tailored to suit you.

In this role, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality NDIS services by managing participant intake, maintaining service plans, ensuring compliance, and being a key point of contact for clients, families, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the intake of new NDIS participants
  • Conducting annual on-site WHS visits across our network of 150+ clients
  • Developing and maintaining individualised service plans, budgets, and agreements
  • Ensuring compliance through regular file audits
  • Working closely with our internal teams to support exceptional service delivery
  • Strengthening relationships with clients, carers, staff, and volunteers
  • Identifying opportunities to improve policies and procedures
  • Upholding a high standard of professionalism, ethics, and care

About You:

You thrive where attention to detail meets human connection. Calm, professional, and person-centred, you support others with empathy and dignity. A true admin whiz, you love staying organised and keeping things running smoothly, especially in a people-first team.

You’ll bring:

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service
  • Relevant qualifications in Individual Support or Community Services (desirable)
  • Proven experience in administration (essential)
  • Previous experience in the disability sector (highly regarded)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy, including MS Office and online systems
  • A sound understanding of NDIS guidelines, processes, and pricing structures
  • Ability to identify and assess WHS risks in home and community environments
  • A current NSW Driver’s Licence and a safe driving record

Our NDIS Support Advisor will benefit from:

  • Realistic workload, that support work-life balance
  • Regular one-on-one support and team collaboration
  • We value work-life balance and offer flexibility to work from home one day per week, once you are confident in the role.

Why Join Our Beresfield Team?

You'll be joining a small, close-knit team that genuinely values connection; within our team, with our clients, and across the local community. As a regionally based team, we truly understand the importance of relationships, trust, and looking out for one another.

While we operate locally and maintain that strong community feel, we're also backed by a well-established and respected organisation. This means you’ll enjoy the stability, resources, and support of a larger provider, without losing the personal touch that sets us apart.

Why work with ADSSI?

  • Competitive salary package
  • Eligible for $15,900 not-for-profit salary packaging plus a $2,600 meal entertainment card annually
  • Paid bonus schemes, e.g. $500 for referring a friend (conditions apply).
