About the Role

You’ll be working hands-on with clients and supporting the clinic day-to-day:

• Provide a 5-star client experience

• Reception, phone calls & admin

• Laser treatments (after training)

• Client consultations and education

• Support our team with daily tasks

• CRM updates and appointment management

We’re Looking For…

✔️ Full-time availability Sunday - Thursday

✔️ Preferable but not essential to have completed 100 hours on laser (QLD Health)

✔️ Minimum completion of Laser Safety Course (QLD health)

✔️ Passion for client service and results

✔️ Friendly, professional, team-focused

✔️ Beauty therapy qualification preferred but not essential

✔️ Confidence, maturity and eagerness to learn

✔️ Driver’s licence/car ideal but not essential
