We’re seeking a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing team supporting NDIS participants across QLD.

The Role

Depending on your experience and interests, you may work with:

  • Care Squared – supporting adults living with disability under the NDIS

  • Care Squared Kids – supporting children, young people, and families

What you’ll be doing

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored behaviour support plans

  • Implement and review plans, adjusting as needed for best outcomes

  • Provide training and guidance to families, carers, and support staff

  • Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated care

  • Maintain accurate client records and meet all compliance requirements

  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay across best practice

What we’re looking for

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field

  • BSP Registered Practitioners

  • Strong understanding of evidence-based behaviour support approaches

  • Proven ability to achieve positive client outcomes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work autonomously and within a supportive team

  • Driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally as required
