The job
Our Billing and Portfolio Contract Administrator adds value to 3E and all our stakeholders by:
preparing, reviewing, negotiating and administering contracts and contract variations ensuring contracts comply with internal policies, funder requirements and agreed commercial terms
managing contract-related enquiries, issues and variations
maintaining accurate contract records, documentation and correspondence
administering contract renewals, extensions, terminations and end-of-term processes
administering invoicing and billing in accordance with volume-related agreements and contract terms
managing billing and contract administration for clients within key partner portfolios
liaising with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate end-of-term contract processes, including payouts
assisting clients and partners with contract-related queries, billing matters and agreement requirements
supporting other contract administration activities as required
Traits and experience you must have
Relevant qualification in business, contract administration, finance, commerce, legal studies or a related discipline
Minimum 1 year experience in a contracts administration or similar role
A commitment to delivering accurate, timely and professional contract administration support to clients and partner
Strong personal values and unquestionable integrity
Previous asset finance experience, especially supporting the print industry is not essential but is preferred
Proficient in all MS Office products
Professional phone manner and customer service skills
Attention to detail
Great verbal and written communication skills
The drive to go above and beyond
