We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bookings Coordinator to join our team.

This role is the heart and soul of Crib and is integral to the day-to-day running of the business. Responsible for taking all job bookings and managing the bookings diary, the successful candidate will be highly organised, have great interpersonal skills and the ability to think on their feet. Previous experience in a similar role or strength in administrative/customer service roles is a must. If this sounds like you, please read on!

This is a 9-month contract role with the opportunity to move into a permanent position for the right candidate. 

Key Responsibilities
 

• Daily management of job diary, receiving jobs via our bookings system, email and phone and managing over 30 contractors with up to 8 jobs per day

• Answering all client queries in a timely manner

• Assisting the management team as required

• Communicating with and coordinating contractors

• Director of first impressions - you are our key client contact, we need you to be bubbly, helpful and know our product inside and out.
