About the role

We are looking for a Branch Supervisor to successfully lead our Newcastle installers.

Supporting the Branch Manager you will be accountable for leading several crews plus subcontractors from a fixed location.

You will oversee the daily operations of the branch including;

•  Leadership and mentorship of the crews

• Operations - Ensuring day to day business activities are running effectively and Liaison with internal departments including Operations, Sales, P&C, Compliance to drive business performance, efficiencies and continuous improvement

• Working closely with the operations teams, to coordinate and plan daily/ weekly installation & dismantle schedules for crews

• Compliance; Ensuring quality product installation and dismantles

• Coordinating training and upskilling of the crews; internal and external training, including onsite

• Buildsafe customer representative; Onsite customer visits, measuring and estimating when needed

• Driving our Buildsafe Workplace Culture – fostering a positive culture where excellence and teamwork is paramount

About you

You are a current site supervisor or leading hand, who has experience running crews, and one who leads from the front and by example, whilst possessing a high level of personal drive, ownership and professionalism.

Skills & Key Attributes

• Strong leadership skills

• Drivers licence and whitecard (essential)

• Scaffold experience and management of crews (highly regarded)

• Previous experience with onsite supervision

• Sound level of computer skills

• High level of organisation and time management skills

• Problem solver and solution focused

• Customer service – Experience dealing with Builders & supervisors

• Confident communicator
