ADVANCED CORPORATION PTY LTD seeking a qualified and reliable Bricklayer to join its construction team for their projects in Bunbury, Geraldton, Esperance, Broome in Western Australia on a full-time basis. The business operates through building brands including WA Building Solutions and E-Homes WA and undertakes residential and construction-related projects in Western Australia.

This is a genuine full-time position with ongoing work for the right candidate. The salary for the role is $80,000 plus superannuation.

Duties and responsibilities

• Lay bricks, blocks and other masonry materials in accordance with plans and specifications.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, measurements and site requirements.
• Set out work areas and check levels, lines and alignment of brickwork.
• Construct, repair and maintain walls, partitions and related masonry structures.
• Cut and shape bricks and blocks to required dimensions.
• Mix, apply and finish mortar to a professional standard.
• Work effectively with supervisors and other trades on site.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.

Skills and experience required

• Bring a relevant bricklaying trade qualification or comparable field experience.
• Demonstrate at least 1 year of expertise in the trade.
• Accurately interpret project plans to execute work with superior finishing.
• Adapt to living and working in regional/remote Western Australia.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a White Card (full support provided for overseas hires).
