At Besafe Inspections, we have a solid reputation for delivering high-quality pre-purchase Building & Pest Inspections for residential property buyers and sellers across Sydney Metro, including the North Shore, Northern Beaches, and Central Coast.

We organise your schedule and workflow, allowing you to focus on inspections. We operate with a modern, mobile system, using iPads to complete reports.

We’re looking for a qualified Pest Inspector or experienced Building & Pest Inspector to join our growing team.

You will be carrying out both building and pest inspections across Sydney and the Central Coast.

⚠️ Important: This is a physically demanding, hands-on role —
you will be crawling under houses and entering roof voids daily, so being fit, healthy, and comfortable in tight spaces is essential.

• Conducting complete Building & Pest Inspections

• Inspecting roof voids, subfloors, and confined spaces daily

• Preparing clear, professional reports using an iPad

• Explaining findings to clients in simple, easy-to-understand language

• Travelling across Sydney & Central Coast as scheduled

• Qualified Pest Inspector (Cert III / Code 8 & 10)

• Experience as a Building & Pest Inspector preferred but not essential

• Trade qualifications and/or relevant industry experience

• Physically fit and comfortable working in confined spaces daily

• Strong attention to detail and professional presentation

• Excellent communication skills

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and in a team

• Current NSW Driver Licence

• Current Police Check (within 6 months)

• $80,000 – $100,000 + Super (based on experience)

• Monday to Friday schedule (typically 9am–5pm)

• Fully organised schedule and iPad reporting system

• Supportive, close-knit team environment
