An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join a well-established and highly respected real estate agency in the Cairns Northern Beaches.

This role is ideal for a driven individual who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and playing a key role in growing a high-performing property management department.

About the Role

You will be responsible for identifying and securing new property management opportunities, building strong relationships with local property owners, and working closely with the property management team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prospecting and generating new property management leads
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and investors
• Conducting appraisals and presenting management proposals
• Converting leads into long-term managements
• Collaborating closely with the property management team
• Maintaining a strong local presence across the Cairns Northern Beaches market
• Supporting overall business growth strategies

About You

• Proven experience in real estate business development, sales or property management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Confident conducting appraisals and winning new business
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets
• Excellent relationship-building ability
• Knowledge of the Cairns / North Queensland market advantageous
• Current Real Estate Certificate or Licence
