About the role
As a Business Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our organisation by providing high-quality administrative support to our client services and operations teams.
What you'll be doing
Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, photocopying and scanning
Assisting with the preparation of client and service documentation
Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
Providing support for client onboarding and exit processes
Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
Supporting clinical and management teams with day-to-day business operations
Undertaking ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in the community services or healthcare sector
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, their families, and internal stakeholders
Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
A genuine interest in supporting vulnerable members of the community and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
Desirable skills
Previous experience with MYOB
Invoicing experience
Payroll skills
