Now, we're seeking an experienced Buyer to help shape the next chapter of STRAND's product story.

Who You Are

We're looking for a confident buyer with strong brand experience and a sharp eye for product. You build ranges that delight, balancing data, insight and instinct to create accessories and apparel assortments that feel fresh, relevant and commercially strong.

In this role, you'll source standout product, manage key brand relationships and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to bring each season to life. We'd love to meet someone who's proactive, self-assured and brings their own ideas. You thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace change and stay curious about trends, customers and the details that make a product truly stand out.

Practical Skills We'd Love to See

• A minimum of 3-5+ years' experience as a Buyer, ideally in fashion, apparel or accessories

• Strong experience with third party/external brands

• Commercially minded with strong analytical and numerical skills

• Highly organised, detail oriented and able to meet tight deadlines

• Exceptional negotiation, communication and presentation skills

• Strong trend awareness with a passion for product and customer insight

• Experience building strong supplier partnerships

• Confident using systems including Excel and quick to learn new platforms

• Leadership experience, able to motivate, delegate and develop teams

• A confident self-starter attitude: assertive, articulate, and ready to champion your own ideas
