Cabinet Installer Wanted – Attitude Is Everything | Long-Term Role | Immediate Start

Elite Makeovers, Perth’s leading kitchen, bathroom, and laundry renovation company, is looking for a talented and driven Cabinet Installer to join our growing team.

While experience is valuable, a great attitude is non-negotiable. We’re looking for someone who is keen, eager to learn, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with a company long-term.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This hands-on role involves installing cabinetry and joinery across residential renovation projects. You’ll work in a systems-driven business where quality, accountability, and teamwork matter.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•       Install kitchen, bathroom, and laundry cabinetry to a high standard

•       Read and work from drawings and joinery schedules

•       Conduct site checks and measurements

•       Install vanities, mirror cabinets, tallboys, linen cupboards

•       Fit infills, kickboards, pelmets, handles, and accessories

•       Integrated fridge/freezers, cabinetry mechanisms, and storage solutions such as pull-outs, soft-close systems, and lift-up hardware.

•       Installing accessories like towel rails, robe hooks, and toilet roll holders.

•       Perform final adjustments and quality checks

•       Leave every site clean and client-ready

•       Young, highly motivated, and eager to learn

•       Strong work ethic and positive attitude (non-negotiable)

•       Cabinet installation or joinery experience

•       Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in workmanship

•       Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills

•       Willingness to follow systems and processes

HIGHLY REGARDED (NOT ESSENTIAL)

•       Carpentry or general building knowledge

•       Experience with high-end or custom cabinetry

•       Experience with managing people

•       Leadership skills
