HKB Cabinetmaking is seeking an experienced Cabinetmaker, Installer, Laborer or Tradesman to join our growing team. This is a fulltime position based in our Currajong workshop, with a mix of workshop and onsite installation work across Townsville.

About the role

You'll be responsible for:

• Manufacturing and assembling custom cabinetry

• Onsite installations in residential homes

• Reading and interpreting plans

• Operating standard workshop machinery and hand tools

• General workshop duties and assisting the team as required

This role suits someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and can work independently within a small team.

Skills & Experience

We are looking for applicants with:

• Experience in cabinetmaking, shopfitting, installation or general trades

• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of finish

• Ability to work safely and professionally

• Current C Class Drivers Licence

• White Card

• Reliability, good communication and a positive attitude

• Trade qualification in Cabinetmaking (Preferred, but not essential)
