Task & responsibilities

• Contribute to and maintain a positive culture for staff and customers
• Plan and coordinate daily operations of Grease Monkey
• Keep a well rounded knowledge of what we offer
• Be able to work efficiently and quickly
• Be able to problem solve and work effectively in a team & solo
• Ability to lead a team, manage and supervise staff
• Roster and order within budgets
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards

Qualification & experience

Successful  candidates must:

• have relevant qualification in hospitality management
• have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• have good communication and management skills
• be a good team leader
• be familiarized with food safety standards and practices, and hygiene regulations
