CAFE SUPERVISOR/2IC REQUIRED - FULL-TIME

We seek a passionate and enthusiastic supervisor/2IC to join our team to assist in leading our busy 90-seat cafe. This role is for those who are dedicated and passionate about their craft, have exceptional leadership qualities, and can nurture their team to the highest standards with a lead-by-example attitude.

As the supervisor/2IC, we require the following:

• Takes pride in their professionalism and has an eye for detail

• Has a mature outlook and approaches the role in such a manner

• Has excellent communication skills, and can manage conflict with diplomacy and sight for solutions

• Be able to lead the team confidently when the manager is on leave

• Is timely and thorough in submitting operational reports to management i.e., wastage, stocktake, etc

• Thorough OH&S knowledge and standards

• RSA - if not currently willing to get

• The position is full - time and includes weekends (We are open Wednesday to Sunday)

• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality 

• Barista experience is a HUGE bonus, but not essential, as extensive training will be given

• Commitment - this is a position for those dedicated to a decent stint with Mr.B's
