We’re seeking enthusiastic, experienced L2 & L3 Care Support Workers to join our Newcastle & Westlakes teams. You’ll help older adults live independently at home with dignity, choice, and a little bit of fun!

About the Role:

You’ll thrive here if you:

• You have a passion for aged care and enjoy supporting older adults with domestic tasks, transport, shopping, meals, and social outings. L3 qualified employees also assist with medications and personal care.

• Casual opportunities: Level 2 - $41.08/hr+super & Level 3 – $43.24/hr + super

• Vehicle allowance: $1.05/km

What You’ll Need:

• Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing) – required for L3 applicants

• Valid driver’s licence and comprehensive car insurance

• Right to work in Australia

• Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards

• Strong teamwork skills and adaptability

• Good organisational and documentation skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain)

• First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
