Responsibilities
Making Lives Better for our clients. Enabling members of our aged and disability communities to live a fulfilling life and be safe at home as long as possible, doing what they love to do.
Duties
We provide care 24/7, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our clients' needs. Duties may include but not limited to:
Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship
Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
Other Skills & Abilities
Must be able speak and write in English. Other languages will be an asset!
Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed.
Have a reliable way to get to and from clients home, own vehicle will be an asset

A self led leader with the ability to take responsibility for own behavior & success
Previous caregiving or Nursing experience
Cert III Aged Care / Disability (Minimum) or Diploma or Registration
Mandatory Requirements
National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector - Unsupervised Access
Working With Children Check (Bluecard)
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
