The role:

As a valued member of our team, you will:

• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures with precision and pride

• Read and interpret building plans to bring designs to life

• Work across a variety of residential projects, including custom homes, extensions, and renovations

• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient project completion and client satisfaction

• Adhere to high-quality standards and building regulations

• Maintain a safe and organised worksite

• Travel occasionally across SEQ (mostly Sunshine Coast-based, with jobs from South Gympie to North Brisbane – allowance provided when away)

About you:

We’re looking for a trade-qualified carpenter who:

• Has proven experience in residential construction

• Holds a current driver’s licence, white card, and your own well-maintained tools

• Takes pride in producing top-notch work and getting the details right

• Can read and interpret plans confidently

• Works well both independently and in a team

• Brings a can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset
