Casual Educators – Berkeley Vale + Bensville

Coast Community Preschool (CCP), a key ministry of Coast Community Church, operates two not-for-profit centres on the Central Coast of NSW. Our vision is to provide children and families with a "foundation for life" by helping them discover their unique identity and build confidence in our Creator God.

Our Berkeley Vale location is a 30-place long day care centre, and our Bensville location is a 35-place long day care centre. Both centres provide nurturing care and high-quality early childhood education for children aged 2 to 6 years.

• Casual educators available between 7am - 6pm.

About You – At Coast Community Preschool, you’re not just a casual educator — you’re a valued and essential part of our team. We are seeking reliable and consistent casual staff members who we can depend on to fill necessary positions each week. As a casual, your shifts may vary — sometimes you’ll be booked in advance to cover planned leave, and other times you may receive a call on the morning of. If you’re flexible, dependable, and passionate about creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children, we’d love to welcome you to our Coast Community family.

• A Certificate III or Diploma

• A current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Current Senior First Aid (desirable but not essential)
