Job Summary
ATTO Korean Cuisine is looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our small but growing team on the Gold Coast.
We are a modern Korean restaurant focusing on quality ingredients, refined techniques, and consistent execution. The role would suit someone with solid kitchen experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced service environment.
Experience with wok cooking or confidence working across hot sections would be highly regarded.
About the Role
We are looking for a chef who can support daily prep, service, and overall kitchen operations. You will work closely with the head chef and be involved in producing modern Korean dishes with care and consistency.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes to ATTO's standard
Work across hot section, prep, and service
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Support smooth kitchen operations during busy services
Assist with stock control and daily prep lists
Work as part of a small, professional team
Requirements
Previous experience as Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, or similar
Minimum of 2+ years kitchen experience required
Wok experience preferred, but not essential
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good communication and teamwork
Ability to stay calm and organised during service
Interest in Korean or modern Asian cuisine is a bonus
Must have Australian work rights
