We are seeking a driven Trainee Mortgage Broker to join the team in a great firm. Earn while you learn with a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking Traineeship, supporting advisers, learning to manage loan files, and delivering exceptional client service. 

The Opportunity 

This hands-on role is your fast-track into the sector. You will complete your nationally recognised qualification while gaining practical, end-to-end mortgage processing and client relationship experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

Loan Application Management & Compliance 

• Process & Submit: Support Credit Advisers in compiling, checking, and submitting loan applications through to settlement. 

• Accuracy Check: Ensure applications are fully compliant and accurate, with all supporting documents finalised prior to submission. 

• Documentation: Maintain neat paper and electronic files, alongside comprehensive CRM (Infynity) notes tracking status and responsibility. 

• Loan Documents: Assist clients in signing up with their loan documents when appropriate. 

Client Relations & Communication 

• Timely Service: Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours and ensure prompt contact at key application stages. 

• Weekly Check-ins: Maintain at least weekly communication with active clients, even if there has been no progress update. 

• Member Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to ensure client information is correct across organisational systems. 

• Client Engagement: Attend meetings and industry events to engage with clients and support with seminar presentations. 

Business Growth & Team Support 

• Product Knowledge: Stay fully up to date with company products and services to provide effective solutions during client interactions. 

• Value Communication: Continuously seek ways to communicate the value of Vision Property & Finance services  

• Back-Office Assistance: Support other back-office team members with their workloads when core tasks are complete.
