About the Role:
On offer is an 18-month role Certificate 3 traineeship in Early Education and Care. You will be given the support and guidance to learn on the job whilst getting paid to develop your own knowledge and skills. During your traineeship you will work with our trained educators, culture and compliance teams, and outside trainers all invested in your continual growth. You will also work with our beautiful children and families and be a vital person in their lives, helping them reach their full potential.

We have opportunities for traineeships at our Point Clare, Niagara Park, Tuggerah and Kanwal locations.
Little Miracles Point Clare is a boutique childcare centre with a warm and caring community. With significant outdoor space to explore, providing you with infinite learning experiences for the children. This centre has been the starting place for many of our most experienced senior staff.
Little Miracles Niagara Park caters for up to 98 children across 5 different dynamic rooms, offering age appropriate care and support for each age group. With a focus on positive communication, this centre prioritizes the ongoing development of each educator, specifically through Gallup CliftonStrengths training.
Little Miracles Tuggerah is our largest centre, providing opportunities to work across many different environments. The centre is rich with trained educators, able to provide you with all of their tips and tricks gained from years of experience. This fast paced and dynamic environment has produced many successful trainees!
Little Miracles Kanwal is our newest Little Miracles centre! Join the team as it grows, joining this centres journey from the beginning. With many experienced Little Miracles and brand new trained educators, you'll be surrounded by people ready to support you through your journey.
