About the role
The Change and Communications Specialist plays a pivotal role within the Digital Transformation team, contributing to the successful delivery of the OneCouncil Project. This position is responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies, training programs, and change management initiatives that are people-focused and designed to ensure smooth transitions to new processes and systems.
Working under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager, the Specialist will collaborate closely with various teams across the organisation to ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged, and equipped to adapt to changes effectively.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of communication expertise and change management skills, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and training facilitation.
In addition, the candidate should have a strong background in collaborating across teams, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to community-focused service delivery.
