Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities:

The Chef  role is an extremely important position to run the Goodfields Eatery shop as it is required.

Your position description includes: 

• Ensuring all necessary information of daily activities and preparation requirement given to other kitchen staff.

• Assist head chef on preparing menu and maintaining daily production & supplies for expected service. 

• Supervising kitchen, cool room and storeroom administration and operating margins. 

• Food Safety Monitoring and associated paper work. 

• Supervise Safety, Health and Environment.

• Liaison with manager to whom you will advise any problems at your place. 

• Any other tasks as directed by your manager.

• This role is also responsible for monitoring the day-to-day operation of the shop and to maintain a high standard of customer service
