As our business continues to grow, we are looking for skilled and experienced chefs to join our kitchen team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive team and help us

Task & responsibilities

 Cook and prepare a variety of dishes while keeping the restaurant’s quality high.

 Support and guide cooks and kitchen assistants during busy service times.

 Make sure all food is safe, hygienic, and looks appealing when served.

 Monitor stock, order supplies when needed, and store food properly.

 Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and following food safety rules.

 Help develop new dishes, including daily specials and seasonal items.

 Train junior kitchen staff and provide guidance when necessary.

 Work with the front-of-house team to ensure service runs smoothly.

 Check ingredients regularly to make sure they are fresh and suitable.

 Help manage food costs and reduce waste in the kitchen.


Qualification & experience

o Proven experience working as a Chef.

o Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

o Ability to consistently deliver high-quality dishes.

o Experience in supervising and guiding kitchen staff.

o Good time management, especially under busy conditions.

o Basic skills in managing stock and controlling costs.

o Creativity in menu planning and developing new dishes.

o Strong teamwork and clear communication skills.

o Minimum qualification: Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Certificate IV

in Kitchen Management.
