Task & responsibilities

• Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
• Perform cooking duties in a busy fast paced environment
• Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
• Assist in organizing orders and managing food costs.
• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate cooking operations
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen

Qualification & experience

• 1-2 years work experience as a Chef
• Certification in Commercial Cookery/Hospitality at least Certificate IV or Diploma level
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment
• Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques
• Leadership skills and ability to delegate tasks
