PONDOK REMPAH (Experienced CHEF WANTED) We are currently seeking a talented and experienced chef to join our team. The successful applicant must be committed to our kitchen team on a daily basis. You must also be a team player, have a positive attitude, and be responsible. You should be willing to work both in a team environment and autonomously.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 (plus superannuation)

Key responsibilities for this position include:

l  Preparing and cooking a variety of Indonesian dishes to a high standard

l  Developing new and innovative recipes

l  Ensuring that food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times

l  Managing inventory and ordering supplies. Stock control and Stock Rotation

l  Collaborating with other members of the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

The position Requires

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success within a similar role or work environment.

l  Have a right to work in Australia

l  Previous experience (at least 2 years) in a similar role with references

l Qualification: Certificate III and IV in Commercial Cookery or an equivalent Australian qualification.

l  Must be fully available over a 7-day roster

l  Be able to work under pressure

l  Be a team player

l  Highly organized and efficient
