Task & responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Ensure food quality and presentation standards
  • Collaborate with team members to create new menu items
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Lead kitchen team
  • Manage stock level and monitor ordering

Qualification & experience

  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
  • Proven experience as a Chef in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Indian spices and cooking techniques
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
