We are a pair of funky, friendly and busy cafes.. We focus on producing high quality, thoughtful food with an emphasis on free range, fresh and local produce. 

Our menu changes seasonally and our specials board is updated often, with exciting and interesting options allowing great creative outlet. 

We highly value a good work ethic, a friendly nature but the ability to work as and lead a task orientated food focused team.

Suitable applicant must be:

• Qualified, and have had previous experience in role.

• Energetic and organized.

• Motivated and quality focused.

• A Passionate foodie with an eye for detail.

• Level headed and an excellent communicator.

• Able to lead by example and work in a team.

• Able to work in a fast paced environment.

• Experienced in a busy cafe/restaurant environment.

• Available to work weekends

• Friendly

CORE DUTIES and JOB ROLE INCLUDES,

• Assisting with menu development.

• Liase with sister cafe chefs and management.

• Ordering with product and food knowledge.

• Working with and building on current systems.

• Working with and updating food safety plans.

• Maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen.

• Food preparation, cooking and baking.

• Working as part of a team.
